Return Policy
If you are unhappy with any item within 30 days of receiving it and there is no damage caused by you, feel free to contact me for a return. All I ask is that it be returned in a protected packaged and arrive back in the same condition it was sent.
Once I receive the item back into my possession and it is found to be in good standing a refund will be initiated within 48 hours unless it arrives on a Friday or weekend. Allow for 48 business hours to see a confirmation from me.

Typically I receive and can respond to contact from these methods within a few hours unless otherwise engaged and out of reach at that moment.
If you need to speak to me by phone that is easily doable. I do prefer that you contact me first via the web form to inform me of what you wish to speak about so that I can set aside time and prepare to accommodate your needs.
Commissions
If a commission is desired you may contact me through the mentioned methods and describe what you are looking for. I accept commissions but on an individual basis. I do not accept all proposals due to time or type of work that may be requested.
Typically if I cannot do the work it is due to time issues. Other reasons for not accepting is that the work is outside of parameters of my present shop setup in tooling. Yet if you are willing to wait it may be performed at a later time.
If the work is too far outside of what I do in my work I will let you know right way as there will be others who can accommodate you better. I do not perform general carpentry work nor do I build cabinets or other framing for general construction purposes.
