Tree of Life version 1 Wall Wood Art

The Tree of Life is stain finished, no paints were used for the different color contrasts. The wood used for this work is Ambrosia Maple and was taken from a local tree. All parts of the making process were done in house.

This was cut in such a way as to make it appear as if the artwork is framed. The Tree of Life is at the center, cut .1 inches lower than the bordered art. This type of relief cut into the artwork allows for the border “frame” and center art to be the same piece of wood. All parts of the wall art is a relief cut allowing the art to stand out from the wood.

The most beautiful part of this work in my opinion is the center where the tree of life is displayed. The wood grain from the Ambrosia is superb and stands out amazingly. It is not often that Maple can give this kind of grain. The natural stain finish sets off the natural look of this part of the wood. This art is meant for wall decor and is too large to display sitting on the surface of another object.

Please ensure that the work is securely hung from the wall. Due to the dimensional size and weight this mass coming down could cause damage to anything beneath it
